INNOCENT EYES

war from a different perspective

HAMM's 2018 Feature Exhibit, INNOCENT EYES- war from a different perspective, was created to focus on the effect that war has on children in times of war and global crisis. Museums such as HAMM, which focus mainly on the stories of adults in times of war, rarely focus on the most vulnerable part of our global society; the children.  Shown in over 30 panels, the exhibit tells the story of children, for children, and by children through their own words or deeds.

Interactive displays include the Button Project, The Chalk Board, and the story of Winnie the Pooh.

Exhibit hangs on the walls between our two entrance gates and in HAMM.
