From Fall Fairs to Heritage Festivals as well as Canada Day celebrations and school history classes TAP exhibits have been a welcomed feature attraction to Vancouver Island community events since 2005.

Starting as a simple card table, a flip chart and a back yard canopy set up at the local Canada Day celebration the mobile exhibit has grown to adapt to any size venue from a table top display to spreading out over two floors of a retirement home. Our outdoor memorial and exhibit adds a note of history and national pride to any community gathering and, with the added benefit of our joint exhibit partner The Dominion History Project with interactive displays, makes a visit to a TAP Mobile Exhibit fun for the entire family.

TAP’s mobile memorial and exhibit unit is available for use in various communities on Vancouver Island and the lower mainland of BC. The Unit is adaptable to any size venue from a table top display to the full 40 foot outdoor exhibit.  All TAP exhibits are wheelchair accessible provided that the venue is also accessible.

Booking fees are flexible according to the distance, time required and type of venue that TAP is booked into.

As of April 2015 TAP has been exhibited in two locations outside Comox and is scheduled for three locations on Vancouver Island between now and October.

Steps are now being taken to make the mobile exhibit more accessible to francophone and visually impaired visitors.
